One of BGR's sources got his hands on an iPad 3 and provided them with screenshots containing information about the device obtained by using a development tool called iBoot.
The screenshots show that the iPad 3 will have an A6 processor, which will be much faster than the current processor used in the iPad 2. Furthermore, the iPad will have the option for Wi-Fi-only connectivity or a global option for international carriers.
- The iPad 3 will be slightly thicker than the iPad 2 (about 1 mm) than the iPad 2
- It will run on those zippy 4G LTE networks from Verizon and AT&T
- There will be a chip a chip for faster apps and graphics new "A6" processor
- The iPad 3 will look nearly identical to the iPad 2
- The front-facing FaceTime camera will now be HD
- Higher resolution screen
- Apple will sell it at a cheaper price instead
- There'll be a new battery with insanely great battery life
- there will not be the 3D screen.
