Salman Khan kick started the show by performing on some of his hit songs including 'Mashalla' followed by the new theme song of Bigg Boss. "Aisa har baar hota hai. In aane waale 90 dino mein aap kiske saath uthenge, baithenge khana khayeinge aur sone se pehle milenge, hum aapko roo-ba-roo karwaayeinge!"Salman Khan told the audience.
before inviting any of the contestants, Salman did a walkthrough of the house and met five of his own avatars, sitting and chit-chatting about the show. He then took the audience on a virtual stroll inside the house maling them familiar with the set-up of the house and to meet them to O Fish. After coming back from the House, Salman started introducing each contestant one by one in a 'hatke'style.
