According to her bio on the Miss Universe web site, the 20 year-old hails from Cranston, Rhode Island. She is an accomplished cellist who has performed with the Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Rhode island Philharmonic Chamber Ensemble, Bay View Orchestra and Rhode Island All-State Orchestra.
Fun facts about Culpo? She loves Audrey Hepburn and her favorite movie is "Funny Face." In addition, she claims that she can tie a cherry stem with her tongue.
The hosts for the event, which aired live from Las vegas on NBC, were Bravo personality Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic.
