About a month after Russell
Brand filed for divorce, Katy Perry has finally reached a divorce settlement
with Russell.

The couple revealed their
split at the end of last year when Brand filed for divorce and are now set to
have their marriage officially ended on June 30, once the mandatory waiting
period is over.
In the court documents, it was declared that "the parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party." Upon reaching to an agreement, Katy signed the papers with a smiley face next to her name. Guess she must be tired and just wanted to get everything done...

From the divorce, Russell is reportedly entitled to an estimated US$ 20 million worth of Katy's money due to a non existence of a prenup but according to TMZ, Russell has no intentions of seeking Katy's money. "This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch (Yiddish for a good person)" and that he is "happy to walk away with the money he earned," a source told TMZ.

In addition to the settlements, Katy also requested that her name is to be restored to Kathrin Elizabeth Hudson. It's so nice of Russell to not take anything from Katy, such a gentleman don't you think?
