Elephant Beauty contest is going to be held on December 26, 27 and 28 of year 2011 along with other many attractions. This marks a celebration of the year 2011 and bids goodbye to year 2011 and, at the same time, welcomes new year 2012.
More fun is to watch Elephant Beauty Contest!!! Elephants wear make-up, get their nails done and get beautiful ‘dress’ that covers the belly and so on. Chanchal Kali was Miss Elephant 2010. I am sure this time it will be fun to watch elephants walk the “ramp”. After every competition, in the days end local and national performers perform musical concert and dancing program. I have always liked Milan Lama’s folk songs. Every year he comes with beautiful new songs and I hope this year he going to come-up with new one as well.
